Children are my favorite people.
That's why I like to write for them. . . about them. . . and with them. When I work on a story, I eat lots of chocolate for inspiration. (Only kidding. I just like chocolate.) As a literacy tutor in a public elementary school, I have lots of fun teaching students to READ. When I'm not writing (which is practically never), I'm tapping into my inner child for new story ideas, researching my ancestry, and traveling wherever the wind blows me. My first book,
A WEDDING, ME, AND THE FAMILY TREE,
2011 was followed by Mushy Red Stuff 2012, Sweet and Sour Power 2013,
Fiddle Dee Dee 2014, and REDHEADED ED 2017. That same year, Fiddle Dee Dee was chosen by the BonTon Corporation to be sold in their former Boston Stores and online. In 2018, several of my titles were accepted by the Museum of Wisconsin Arts (MOWA) for sale in their gift shop.
Along came Pop! in 2019.
Happy Things! Happy Me!
